Computer-to-screen (CTS)

CTS is a computer-to-screen (CTS) imaging and exposure system (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, EU patent). Some rayon screens are exposed and imaged. It is also suitable for some graphics applications.

What is automatic expanding and shrinking?

In view of the special effect of printing paper with screen, traditional films need to be edited for printing down due to deformation after printing paper, resulting in manual work waste and precision loss. CTS300-AI uses CCD industrial camera to capture paper data, calculate paper deformation data through powerful computing ability while automatically expand and shrink the graph according to the paper deformation data, so that the graph on the screen accurately aligns the deformed paper, thereby eliminating the distress of editing film.
