VERTICAL CTS Computer-To-Screen Exposing Machine CTS Imaging Systems Resolution 2540dpi

CTS series use 405nm wavelength high power, long life and low power consumption laser source high image resolution features and high precision linear motor, which enable high precision exposure directly on traditional screen surfaces. This provides high resolution (can achieve 1270dpi/2540dpi) printing, high efficiency and low-cost production to our customers. Stable cooling system guaranteed the stability of the equipment operation. Our proprietary intellectual property rights of dynamic focusing system, greatly reduces the demand for screen surface flatness. A newly developed pneumatic clamping system conveniently replaces various requirements of frame to fix up to 1200 * 1300 mm screen frame.

Computer-to-screen (CTS)

CTS is a computer-to-screen (CTS) imaging and exposure system (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, EU patent). Some rayon screens are exposed and imaged. It is also suitable for some graphics applications.
